CDW-11A The Black Globe Temperature Sensor typically consists of a black – painted sphere and a built – in temperature sensor. The black sphere is capable of absorbing various radiations from the surrounding environment, including solar radiation, ground radiation, and atmospheric radiation. Meanwhile, it exchanges heat with the surrounding air through convection and conduction.When the sphere reaches thermal equilibrium, its temperature reflects the comprehensive thermal condition of the surrounding environment. The built – in temperature sensor then converts the temperature of the sphere into an electrical signal or other measurable signals, enabling the measurement of the black globe temperature.
