Description
CDW-1TX Multi-in-one gas Sensor
The CDW-1TX multi-in-one gas sensor uses a precise chip to collect data. Advanced manufacturing and surface mounting technology help to ensure product quality. The measurement data is both accurate and reliable.
It has great features in accuracy, linearity, repeatability, interoperability, and consistency. We use this sensor to match and integrate with environmental equipment and general environmental tests.
CDW-1TX has full monitoring options and precise data. We can adjust the settings based on your needs.
We can set 5 to 6 parameters. These include air temperature, humidity, CO2 levels, CO levels, and PM1.0/2.5/10.0. We also consider atmospheric pressure, formaldehyde, oxygen, ozone, and volatile organic compounds. We also monitor air quality.

Application
Industrial safety field:
◉In chemical production, many toxic, harmful, flammable, and explosive gases are created and used. All-in-one gas sensors can check these gases at the same time.
If the level of hydrogen sulfide goes over 10 ppm, it can be harmful to people. The sensor will make a sound to alert the staff. This helps them take safety steps, such as wearing gas masks or leaving the area.
◉When making iron and steel, harmful gases are produced. One of these gases is called carbon monoxide (CO). All-in-one gas sensors can track carbon monoxide. This gas is toxic to humans even in low amounts.
It can be dangerous to be exposed to levels above 35 ppm for a short time. These sensors can also find other gases, such as carbon dioxide (CO₂).
Environmental protection:
◉In city air monitoring stations, all-in-one gas sensors can test many air pollutants at the same time. These include sulfur dioxide (SO₂), nitrogen oxides (NOₓ), ozone (O₃), and small particles (PM2.5, PM10). These gases play a big role in creating environmental issues like acid rain and smog. By watching these gases in real-time, the environmental protection department can quickly see air pollution levels.
Indoor environmental monitoring:
◉In homes, all-in-one gas sensors can find many harmful gases. For example, they can find formaldehyde (HCHO). This gas is a common pollutant in homes that have been recently renovated. When formaldehyde levels rise above 0.1 mg/m³, the sensor warns residents.
This is the indoor limit set by national rules. The sensor reminds people to open windows or use air purifiers. It can also find carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
