The CDF-15A Handheld Digital Anemometer is a rotary cup type. It is light, small, and easy to carry. It has a precise, low-friction ball bearing and a lightweight design.
This device can measure low wind speeds accurately. The CDF-15A can test and show wind speed, ambient temperature, and air flow at the same time. It runs on a replaceable battery and has low power use. It also has an auto power-off feature.

Probe Cleaning
Clean the sensor probe regularly with a soft brush or dry compressed air to remove dust, water droplets and dirt, avoiding measurement errors caused by blockage.
Battery Management
Remove batteries if the device will not be used for a long time to prevent battery leakage and corrosion of internal circuits. Charge or replace batteries in a timely manner during daily use.
Avoid Physical Damage
Prevent the probe from being hit, bent or dropped. Do not use the instrument in strong vibration or impact environments to protect internal sensing components.
Proper Storage
Store the anemometer in a dry, cool and dust‑free environment, away from direct sunlight, high temperature, humidity and corrosive gases.
Regular Calibration
Calibrate the instrument periodically (usually every 12 months) with a standard wind source to ensure measurement accuracy and reliability.
Handle with Care in Wet Conditions
Avoid immersing the device in water. If it gets wet accidentally, dry it completely before turning it on to avoid short circuits.
Button and Display Inspection
Regularly check the buttons and LCD display for damage, fading or malfunction. Keep the display surface clean for clear reading.
