<p>The Scattering radiometer is made of a Pyranometer and a shielding ring. The shielding ring blocks the sun’s direct rays from sunrise to sunset. We make the shielding ring with several parts.</p>
<p>These parts include a shielding section, a ruler, an adjusting screw, a bracket, and a chassis. The shielding ring is 65 mm wide and 400 mm across.</p>
<p>We attach the shielding ring to the screw rod adjustment spiral of the ruler. The ruler has a latitude scale and a declination scale. We must fix the ruler and bracket to the chassis based on the location&#8217;s latitude. Meteorological stations and research departments can use it to measure the sky&#8217;s scattered radiation intensity all the time.</p>

<p>The CDG-12B PAR sensor measures solar radiation in the 400 to 700 nm wavelength range. It is easy to install and works in all weather conditions. When sunlight is present, the silicon photo detector makes a voltage output. This output depends on how bright the light is that hits the sensor.</p>
<p>Its sensitivity depends on the cosine of the angle of the incoming light. Each product has its own sensitivity coefficient. The PAR sensor can directly show the radiation value in μmol/m²*s.</p>

<p>The CDG-10B Solar Radiation Sensor is based on the silicon-cell principle. It measures solar radiation from 300 to 1100 nm. When the sensing face points down, it can measure both reflected and direct sunlight on a sloped surface.</p>
<p>If shadis are added, they can test <a href="https://www.codasensor.com/product/cdg-17b-scattering-radiometer/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">scattered radiation</a>.
