Overview

Float level sensor are among the most prevalently used liquid level sensors in industrial applications. They function based on the buoyancy principle. The float, being less dense than the liquid being measured, remains buoyant on the liquid’s surface. As the liquid level fluctuates, the float moves up or down accordingly. This movement is then detected by a switch or sensor, which can be mechanical or electronic. For instance, in some designs, the float is connected to a magnetic switch. When the float reaches a certain position, the magnetic field activates the switch, sending an electrical signal.

Overview

The CDL-17B radar flowmeter is capable of continuously measuring the water flow of rivers and open channels. It combines with the radar flow meter and the radar water level gauge to measure the surface velocity and water level in a non-contact manner. For regular channel sections, one can use conventional mathematical formulas to calculate flow results.

Overview

The CDL-13B Ultrasonic Liquid Level Transmitter, which is a kind of material level measuring instrument that features non-contact operation, high reliability, high cost performance, and is easy to install and maintain. It doesn’t need to contact the medium yet can meet the requirements of most material level measurements.

It fires a pulse and the interval between sending the pulse and receiving it is proportional to the distance from the antenna to the surface of the measured medium. Thus, we can calculate the distance from the antenna to the surface of the measured medium. The product can cooperate with the CDH-TM data logger or a general recording instrument for use.

Overview

The CDL-12B radar liquid level sensor​ transmitter​ antenna emitter emits narrow microwave pulses. These pulses travel in space at the speed of light. When they encounter the surface of the measured medium, some of their energy is reflected back to the same antenna.

The interval between firing the pulse and receiving the pulse is proportional to the distance from the antenna to the surface of the measured medium. Through this, the distance from the antenna to the surface of the measured medium can be calculated.
